Born and raised in Nassau, Chris holds a degree in Finance & Real Estate from the College of Charleston. He brings a deep understanding of the local market along with over a decade of experience in real estate. Chris combines local insight with professional discipline to deliver results for property owners, investors, and tenants.

Before transitioning into full-time sales and leasing, Chris built a strong foundation in property management. He began his career interning, and later working, at Bahamas Realty, where he gained more than three years of hands-on experience in managing and leasing commercial assets.
In 2018, he joined Morley and expanded his responsibilities, continuing in property management while taking on a larger role in commercial leasing and sales. Over the years, he has managed a portfolio of more than 500,000 square feet of Class A and B office and retail properties valued at over $100 million - experience that shaped his operational, strategic, and detail-driven approach.
Today, Chris is fully focused on sales and leasing while also serving as an appraisal apprentice. He brings analytical precision, strong market awareness, and a sense of urgency to every transaction - knowing that timing, momentum, and responsiveness often determine success.
Outside of work, Chris enjoys being on the water - fishing, exploring different islands by boat, and golfing.
