I am grateful to share that I have officially obtained my Real Estate Broker’s Licence from the Bahamas Real Estate Association.
This is an important professional milestone for me and one I do not take lightly. I have been fortunate to work in the real estate profession in The Bahamas for more than 10 years, gaining experience across sales, leasing, property management, and valuations.
That experience has taught me how much there is to learn in this profession and how important it is to approach every transaction with care, patience, and sound advice.
For anyone who may not know the difference, a real estate salesperson is licensed to practice real estate under a broker. To qualify as a broker, an individual must meet additional experience and education requirements, as well as specified sales-volume and transaction requirements. For me, obtaining the broker designation is a meaningful professional milestone and reflects the experience I have gained throughout my career.
Real estate has never been just a hobby for me. It is my full-time profession, and I am grateful for the trust clients place in me when buying, selling, leasing, or investing in property.
Thank you to the clients, colleagues, mentors, friends, and family who have supported me along the way.
I look forward to continuing to serve clients throughout The Bahamas in this next chapter as a licensed real estate broker.
